Limited Edition Photographic Prints are custom printed for each order. Each photographic print is borderless, not mounted or framed. They are hand-numbered and signed by the artist.

As this is a custom order, all photographic print(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable. All Limited Edition Photographic Prints are considered final sale items.

All limited edition photographic prints are carefully inspected and rolled up inside tissue paper. It will then be placed into a hard case cardboard tube, insured and shipped directly to the address you noted on your order.

For our insurance purposes, we photograph every limited edition photographic print before and after it is packaged. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

What is the best way to view my photographic print after receiving it?

Carefully take the photographic print out of the tube and unroll it as follows: Lay the rolled up print on a flat surface, and use something to weigh down the first side of the print (books). Then use something to weigh down the other side of the print. Be careful when rolling it back up to take to your framer.

Returns are ONLY accepted on Signed Limited Edition Photographic Prints that have been damaged in shipping or the print is flawed. If you receive a damaged or flawed print, contact us within 24 hours by emailing us at studio@conewaldenstudios.com or call us at 770-800-2505 non-texting. Please have your order number handy. We pay for shipping on returned damaged or flawed photographic prints.

Please save the damaged or defective photograph print, the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim. Please take a digital photo of the damaged or flawed photographic print and the shipping container it arrived in, then send the photos in an email to studio@conewaldenstudios.com no later than 7 days from receipt of the merchandise.
